Using intense critical analysis skills, I worked closely with a talented team to foresee 2020's core trend.
Our trend prediction 'Passionate Pioneer' identified opportunities within our adapting behaviour for the rise of cottage core aesthetic.
Understanding the symbiosis between culture and design, we worked efficiently as a team to utilise our combined knowledge of industry innovation to project the public's next desire. The trend was a reinvention of the prairie neckline trend, suggesting that consumers would be inspired by a rise in the desire to escape social pressure to adopt a more intense version of the trend and matching lifestyle.
My own contextual offering dating back to 18th century Romanticism meant we were able to show the rise of the trend, ultimately outlining the realistic integration of the trend into daily lifestyle on mass consumeristic level.

Individually, I researched and analysed the growing popularity of Dark Academia to create a trend profile condensed for Instagram users.
The trend profile outlined the historical attributes I found to be associated with Dark Academia whilst offering inspiration on how to adopt the trend today, receiving recognition from the brands featured in the post.
Overall, the profile exemplifies my aptitude to recognise trends in their innovation stage and present them with concise copy and modern consideration.
